4 time ordering for this company and on my fourth order I put the wrong size and I reached out via email on a Sunday and I received quick and helpful response and my request was resolved and I’m so happy and greatful

Shocking customer service, messed me around for several weeks pretending to be interested in my complaint about shoes which were so saggy after one wear i couldn’t walk in them. Asked for all sorts of pics then went quiet, when i chased my complaint they asked me to make a video. Never buy from this company. Absolute joke

Customer service was extremely quick in responding and solved my issue right away. Angelique was the person who helped me and was extremely friendly.

The shoes arrived warped and my foot slipped through the bands. I requested a return they said I would have to pay for the return I asked why when it was their issue. They asked for pictures. I sent them numerous. Then they said they needed more and then a video. When I refused anymore and requested a manager they said I did not have to use coarse language ( I never cursed, or was rude). They said they would send a return label many days ago and still nothing. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes and I contacted this company through Instagram and it was resolved within minutes!

I bought some heels from ego after previously purchasing some combat boots and becoming obsessed with them. They arrived sooner than expected and the such amazing quality, for high heels they feel like you are walking on air ! Couldn’t suggest a better brand to buy heels from xx

This place is amazing from prices to quality! I order all the time as the stuff is exactly what you see in the photos. Also any issues the team are on to it straight away and answer within several minutes which earned great trust from myself. Most of my shoes and bags are from here and I rarely go elsewhere.

Agreeing with someone else’s review. I think it’s appalling that after paying so much money you have to pay to returning something. This is a basic which should be covered by cost of product. Won’t be buying from here again. Quality could be a little better too.
